📅 Dates
Monday 28 September to Friday 2 October 2026,
Gates open Friday 25th September at 10:00am.
Activities run from Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October
People can stay for as long as they want - the showground is always open for camping.

Crows Nest is 44 km north‑east of Toowoomba in Queensland’s beautiful Darling Downs region, sitting 543 metres above sea level.

🚗 Arrival & Entry
Please enter the showgrounds via Gate 3
The grounds open from 10:00 am on Friday 25 September 2026
If you arrive earlier while setup is underway, nearby accommodation is available at Crows Nest Tourist Park
Unpowered sites: $15 per night
Powered sites: $23 per night
You’re welcome to stay on after the official finish on Friday
✅ Registration
If you’d like to attend, please complete the Australian Campers and Vans National Meet Attendance Form under the Making Arrangements heading.
A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is complete.
💰 Camping Costs
Fees are per camper trailer, regardless of the number of people staying.
Unpowered sites: $20 per night
Powered sites: $30 per night
There are plenty of 15‑amp powered sites available. Please select this option on the attendance form if required.
🔌 Power & Generators
Please bring a safe, compliant 15‑amp power lead
Power leads must be used in one continuous length only
Generators aren’t allowed, to keep things peaceful for everyone.
Camping fees are payable on arrival. Cash with the correct amount is appreciated. You’ll then be guided to your campsite.
🛍️ Administration Fee
A $10 admin fee applies to cover the cost of the show bag, which includes:
Commemorative national meet sticker
Lanyard name tag
Laminated camper ID sheet
Itinerary and attendance information
🚿 Facilities
Firewood supplied (don’t forget your block splitter!)
Fires must be in your own fire container
Town drinking water available
Hot showers and flushing toilets
Dump point on site
Rubbish bins located around the showgrounds
🐕 Pets
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.
